The best hand wins! Can you rely on your intuitions in the game against the bank? 3 Card Brag is based on the popular online casino games (also known as Tri Card Brag) and is played with 1 deck of 52 cards, shuffled at the start of each game.
3 Card Brag is actually two games in one. In the main game (game against the dealer), your goal is to get a better hand than the dealer. If you also bet on Pair Bonus, you win regardless of the dealer’s hand if you have at least two of a kind in your hand. You can play the main game and Pair Bonus at the same time or separately.
RTP: 98.00%Game Rules
Royal Crown 3 Card Brag combines two separate games. In order to win the main game, your hand needs to beat the dealer’s. The Pair Bonus bet is determined independently of the dealer’s hand. Only your cards matter. During a round, you can bet on both games at the same time or just one of them.
Right after entering Royal Crown 3 Card Brag select the amount you wish to bet in the game. Then set the exact value of the chips you want to play using “Bet –” or “Bet +.”
To bet, click on the “ANTE” or “PAIR BONUS” areas to place one or more chips on the table. You can place as many chips as you want in either area, but you should ensure you have enough chips left over for the stake and that the maximum bet is not exceeded. For each bet, you can select different amounts.
Once you have placed your bets, start the game by clicking “Deal.” Three cards each are now dealt to you and the dealer. The dealer’s cards are face-down.
You then have to decide whether to PLAY or PASS. If you decide to “PLAY,” a stake in the amount of your base bet (ante) is automatically placed in the “PLAY” area on the table. If you decide to pass, the cards are discarded, all bets go to the bank, and the round is over. Once you select “PLAY” or “PASS,” the dealer’s cards are revealed and the result of the game is displayed.
Result of main game
The dealer needs a Queen or higher in their hand to play against you. If the dealer meets this requirement, the hands are compared and the better hand wins the game.
• If you win, the winnings are paid out. You receive the base bet (ante) and stake.
• If both hands have the same score, the base bet and stake are returned.
• If the dealer wins, all bets go to the bank. In this case, you will lose both the ante and the stake.
If the dealer doesn’t qualify, you win the base bet (ANTE) and the stake is paid back.
Pair bonus bet
This independent side bet is decided exclusively by your hand. If you have a pair or better in your hand, you win the Pair Bonus bet. Attention! You are only entitled to winnings if you paid the stake. If you decide to pass, you also lose the Pair Bonus.
Again, whether you win or lose is decided exclusively by your hand (regardless of the dealer’s hand). If your hand contains three of a kind (prial), a sequence in a single suit (running flush), or a run, you win the Ante Bonus. As with the Pair Bonus bet, you are only entitled to winnings if you paid the stake. If you decide to pass, you also lose the Ante Bonus.
